Farmers' High Line Canal Clean Up

Thank you for your interest in helping keep Northglenn beautiful by volunteering for our clean up along the canal! You will be making an impact on over 30 miles of Greenway Trails, riverbeds and walkways.

Clean Up Details

EVENT POSTPONED TO MARCH 5 due to cold winter weather.

Hours: 9:00am - 11:00am

** The event has been moved from February 26 to March 5. **

Groups and volunteers will go straight to their clean up area at 9:00 am on March 5. A reminder email will be sent to all registered volunteers before the event.

Crew leaders will pick up supplies the morning of the event from City Hall. Additional details provided closer to the event to crew leaders.

All volunteers are invited to a post clean up lunch at EB Rains Jr. Memorial Park (meet in the Ponderosa Pavilion on the south end of the lake).

I agree to indemnify and hold the City of Northglenn and any cooperating agencies involved in the activities and any of their servants, agents, officials, or employees free and harmless from any liability, loss, cost or expense including attorney fees, which may result from participation in the activities. I agree that we are fully responsible for payment of all costs resulting from the rendering of medical aid and ambulance services and I authorize that all necessary first aid steps may be taken as prescribed by qualified personnel.

I understand this waiver and will follow guidelines provided by the City of Northglenn in regard to the Farmers Highline Canal Clean Up volunteer project on February 26, 2021 (or the snow date of March 5, 2022). I understand that the activities involved with the program contain an element of hazard or risk. I recognize the inherent danger involved and take full responsibility for my actions and physical condition.

I grant full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of this program for any purpose.By checking the waiver approval, I agree that I understand and consent to this statement for myself and the group I am registering for.

I further agree to stay home if I am not feeling well and/or believe I have been exposed to COVID19. Current COVID requirements of Adams County will be followed at the time of the event.
