Booth Vendor Information

  • Any vendor who is promoting or selling products, services, or commercialized products.

  • Any vendor promoting or selling handmade products or artwork.

  • Organization with verified non-profit, tax-exempt status.

  • Local candidates and local issues for the current political cycle.

To help support our efforts in upholding City of Northglenn values of Inclusivity, you are invited to voluntarily self-identify or add any relevant certifications below. Examples include but are not limited to: Women-owned/operated, Minority-owned/operated, 2SLGBTQIA+ owned/operated, BIPOC-owned/operated, Green certified.


Event/Date Selection

Please mark off all of the events you are currently available for and that you would like to participate at. Events are listed in chronological order for ease of calendar review. Remember events very somewhat in length. Refer to event details above if needed. 


Booth Space Options

Vendor spaces are 10x10 ft. and will be assigned by Northglenn Staff. Space does not include infrastructure and all vendors must provide their own tent with weights, tables and chairs. Locations are not guaranteed and may change when necessary. Multiple spaces may be requested and granted based on the event and availability. 

The booth fees will vary from event to event, but will be collected as part of the confirmation process. 


Power Needs

By order of the FIRE MARSHALL, you may not use your own generator at any City of Northglenn event.

Booths with power requests are grouped together at festivals. If you do not sign up for power ahead of time you will not receive it on site. Please indicate if you require power, and it will be confirmed as part of the confirmation process. Power requests may incur an additional fee. 


Marketing

As a part of our marketing plan for each festival, we post about businesses who are sponsors, and if we have good images, we will on occasion post about some of our vendors as well.  If you list your website, Facebook page, and upload several photos or videos it makes it easier for us to promote you at our event.  Uploading your information is not a guarantee that we will post it, depending on our posting schedule.


Terms and Conditions

Sales Tax
Exhibitors selling merchandise are required to obtain a State of Colorado Special Events License. These vendors are responsible for collecting and paying the appropriate sales tax.
•Vendors participating in Northglenn special events are required to register for a business license, free of charge. Register at https://northglenn.munirevs.com/. For any sales made at events sales tax should be collected and remitted online. Taxes collected from special events must be remitted no later than the 20th of the following month after the event. (e.g.- sales tax collected from a July event are due by Aug 20th).For questions, please email: [email protected].
Failure to submit sales tax earnings may hinder your ability to participate in future events.

Refund Policy
Withdrawal/cancellation 30 days prior to event date - Full refund of registration fee; Withdrawal/cancellation 29 days or less from event date - No refunds will be issued.

Booth Vendor Information
All Northglenn Festivals are rain or shine, and vendors must plan accordingly.
Vendor spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft and will be assigned by Northglenn Staff. Locations are not guaranteed and may change when necessary. Guidance will be provided on site. Multiple spaces may be requested and granted based on the event and availability.
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment.
Tents must be weighted down with at least 40 lbs. per corner. Stakes are not allowed in the parks.
Specifics for loading, vehicle use within the event space and parking instruction will be provided 10 days before the event.
Vendors must remain on site for the entire Festival. No unattended booths during event hours Food and you will not be allowed to load out until close.
Mobile promotion and vending are not allowed at any event (i.e. walking throughout the event with flyers or products).
No generators power requests will be considered depend on the Festival and may incur an additional fee.
Marijuana is not allowed, therefore, vendors may not consume/use marijuana products during the event.
Vendors can only implement activities/sell items they list when submitting their application.
Vendors, their staff, employees, and agents must comply with all Staff instruction, vendor policies, fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertinent to health, fire prevention and public safety. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
Photos and video may be taken by the city and used for marketing and promotions.

Privacy Policy
The City of Northglenn will not sell, share, or provide your information to any third-party or organization at any time for any purpose. We do not wish to receive SPAM and honor your choice not to as well.

Disclaimer of Liability: I have read and understand the conditions on this application and agree to comply with these and all rules and regulations of the City of Northglenn. I understand that violating any of these conditions or other city rules and regulations will immediately terminate this agreement and my right to vend at the Northglenn Pirate Festival on September 20 & 21, 2024 and may also limit my participation in future City of Northglenn events.

IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE CITY OF NORTHGLENN ALLOWING ME TO ACT AS A VENDOR (HEREAFTER, THE "ACTIVITY"), THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO HOLD THE CITY OF NORTHGLENN, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, CONSULTANTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "CITY"), HARMLESS FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR DEATH TO MYSELF AND MY AGENTS AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY. I FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE CITY OF NORTHGLENN FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR INJURY INCURRED ON OR TO ME OR MY AGENTS AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY. THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY APPLIES EQUALLY TO LOSSES, DAMAGES OR INJURIES CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE CITY OF NORTHGLENN. THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ME, THE UNDERSIGNED, AS WELL AS ANY OF MY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, HEIRS AND NEXT OF KIN.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND I SIGN THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE VOLUNTARILY.

Thank you for filling out this application in its entirety. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and vendor spots will be confirmed ahead of each Festival. Northglenn Festivals are heavily themed, which will be taken into account for selection. Past participation is not a guarantee of future consideration.
